Stress-tweeting through movies

I can't handle suspenseful movies and TV shows very well.

When I can't wait to find out what happens next (or when I stop breathing in a regular rhythm), I often look up the plot summary on Wikipedia. As I get more and more anxious, my inside voice erupts with a plethora of comments and sassy remarks.

We watched Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol over the weekend. I decided to let my inside voice loose on Twitter. This is what resulted... (By the way, my e-conversation with myself starts from the bottom and works its way to the top.)

P.S. Sorry about the weird sizing. Not sure what happened there...

    1. Hah! Glad you enjoyed it!

I could tell my inner-turned-outer dialogue was ruining the movie for Hubs. Having my phone in my hands is one of the ways I cope with the nervousness. Blankets and pillows are often used too!

  3. Here's a Q & A:
Q: Do sandstorms actually happen like that? A huge wall of sand rushing towards you?
    A: No.

Thank you for giving me an outlet for getting that out. It's been bugging me for weeks!

    1. So glad to hear from you! Didn't think I'd see you around here, White Girl.

Maybe Scientology sandstorms have a different qualities to them... I tend to think it ignites more of a poop-storm (at least, in the media), but perhaps there's sand involved too.

So, what did you think? I would love to hear from you! (Please make sure to keep it kind. I reserve the right to delete any comments that are cruel, degrading or just generally not nice.)
